What do you enjoy most about working at CSW?
We live our core values every day.
What inspired you to pursue a career in this field?
It was kind of by chance, but it was a business major that seemed different than any other. It’s been a great career with many opportunities and lots of learning along the way!
What is one thing about your job that you wish more people understood?
Mother Nature and market trends play a big role in daily responsibilities.
You won the lottery! What is the first thing you would do?
Take a European vacation!
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?
Relax, maybe work on a puzzle.
What is a valuable lesson you have learned in your career?
Always try to understand multiple perspectives and how the decisions you make in one area may impact others.
What is one piece of feedback you have received that changed your approach to work?
Relationships are key.
What is a work-related achievement you are currently pursuing?
Upgrading the software in the department.
What place/period of time would you time travel to if it were possible?
The 1950s and 1960s to see what it was like when my parents were growing up.
If you had to listen to just one album forever, which one would it be?
A compilation of the greatest Yacht Rock hits.

A recent favorite is winning the office putting contest 🙂
