It's medium carbon grade, favorable chemical and mechanical properties, and overall value makes it a widely used grade of steel for many applications and projects. Common applications include screws, studs, chain pins, nails, nuts, bolts and other parts that require moderate strength.
A variety of sizes and shapes are available for our 1035 hot rolled bar stock. We supply 1/2 inch- 24 inches for rounds, up to 6 inches for round cornered squares, and a variety of sizes for squares, hexes and flats.
