How many years have you been with CSW?

20 Years

What is one skill you’ve developed in your current role that you didn’t expect to learn?

Adapting to all the new technology – computers and the upgrading of our Steel Manufacturing Platforms. I started out with very little technology and have gone through at least 4 different Steel Manufacturing Platforms.

What is your favorite part of a typical workday?

In the morning when I get in, grab a cup of coffee, and look at everything to see what needs to be handled for the day.

Who has had the biggest impact on your career at CSW, and why?

Kelly and Bill have had a big impact. Bill has taught me a lot through the years, and I admire Kelly for how she has navigated this company to the success it has had.

If someone new joined your team tomorrow, what is one piece of advice you would give them?

Learn from everyone. It takes every department to make CSW successful.

What do you enjoy most about working at CSW?

The people are a special part of CSW. I have met a lot of wonderful people that have made this company successful.

What motivates you every day?

To keep learning and to make the most of each day.

When the weather is perfect, where is your favorite place in Michigan to spend a weekend?

On a lake in Northern Michigan.

What is the one hobby or interest that has stuck with you through every stage of your life?

I have been playing golf and volleyball for a long time.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Christmas

What song instantly puts you in a good mood?

If you could spend a day with any professional sports team, which would you choose?
